Free Shipping

We offer fast door-to-door shipping anywhere in the US for Free Shipping. If you select this method, your order will arrive in 3 to 7 business days depending on location. Once you place your order, please allow our shipping team 1-2 business days to get your order processed. Once processed, ground shipping averages 2-5 business days for the continental United States. The Free Shipping offer is not available for Non-continental states or International Orders.

Expedited Shipping

You will be given the option to select other express services during checkout if rush delivery is required.

Expedited Shipping will arrive in 2 to 4 business days for $13.99.         

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please verify your shipping address when placing an order. We do not assume responsibility for orders with incorrect shipping address. These orders may be re-routed by UPS or USPS, and returned to us as undeliverable.

If a shipment is re-routed, UPS or USPS will charge a fee of $10 than will be transferred to you.

Returns

We back everything we make with our 1 Year Free Returns Guarantee. Just contact us at contact@cozifa.com and we will send you instructions.

Refund Policy

  • In order to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in its original packaging

If you are not completely satisfied with any of our products at the time you receive it, you may return it to us for a replacement or refund within 30 days from the date of purchase.

Please contact us at contact@cozifa.com to receive a return label. $12.99 will be deducted from your refund amount using the prepaid return label provided for return shipments. This helps offset a portion of our shipping costs

  • Damaged product

If your item arrives damaged or missing parts, we require that you sent it back to us free of charge. Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. If instead of a refund you want a replacement, we will send a new product and it should arrive in up to 7 business days.

In order for you to receive a refund by the original payment method, we must receive your item(s) within 30 days from the date of purchase. Upon receiving your item(s), please allow 3-5 business days for us to process your refund. All refunds will be credited back to your original form of payment.
